Free 3D rig for Maya 2016.5+ to use for your own personal use.

Rig features include:
  • Full IK/FK blending on arms and legs and hybrid IK/FK systems for torso and head.
  • "Snappable" IK knees and elbows, with optional FK forearm.
  • Bendy controls to add arcs to arms/legs.
  • Local and Parent space switching for various body parts.
  • Versatile face rig with tweak controls for head, eyelids, lips, teeth (must be turned on via head control)
  • Resolution control including a basic non-skinned proxy rig for faster interactivity.
Note**: The IK legs and and arms sometimes bug out but pop back into place when scrubbing in the timeline or moving the controls. Restarting Maya tends to fix this problem (I'm not sure why this happens, if you know, email me! vmcomix@gmail.com).

Also, the skin cluster for some reason does not like when joint visibility is turned off, so to hide the joints from your viewport use Show>Joints.

For Blender any version basically. These are some of my minecraft rigs from my old videos. Turn off "mipmaps" in the user preferences, under system to unblur the texture. 

Note: I think the UV maps for in-game characters changed so new skins probably won't work (or so I've heard). So you'll need to re-uv map them for that, sorry I don't have time to go back to these right now.
